
Kate Kempe
Kate is a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and also a Nationally Accredited Mediator. Through Macquarie University she obtained her Bachelor of Laws (Hons), along with her Bachelor of Arts (Psychology)(Hons), allowing her to utilise a skill set that considers not only the practical elements of mediation but the emotional impact that separation can have.
Kate has a background in general litigation including not only family law but also criminal law, employment law, civil litigation and wills and estates. Her diverse knowledge equips her to deal with the multi-faceted discipline of family law and understand how the various fields of law intersect during the separation process. Kate’s background has also helped her recognise the emotional and financial toll that prolonged litigation can have on parties, motivating her to resolve disputes efficiently and harmoniously.
